• CV/resume content you share with the bot (to generate personalized cover letters)
• Service usage data needed to operate the product
• Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored by us

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate personalized match analyses and cover letters
• Remember your profile across conversations so you don't have to re-enter it
• Track your usage against current product limits and paid access
• Process payments via Stripe

Data Storage

Your profile data is stored on our systems so the service can remember your CV and generate tailored outputs. We do not sell your personal data.

First-Party Analytics

We use privacy-friendly first-party audience measurement on apply.expert to understand page visits, scroll depth, and button clicks. This is used only to improve the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

AI Processing

Your CV data and job postings are processed by AI systems to generate match analyses and cover letters. This processing happens in real time, and we retain only the data needed to operate the service and your saved profile.

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• View your stored profile by sending /profile to the bot
• Delete all your data by sending /deleteprofile to the bot
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
