When you use ApplyBot, we store the following data to provide the service:

• Your Telegram user ID (to identify your account)
• CV/resume content you share with the bot (to generate personalized cover letters)
• Usage data (number of cover letters generated, features used)
• Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored by us

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate personalized cover letters, interview prep, and career coaching
• Remember your profile across conversations so you don't have to re-enter it
• Track your usage against free tier limits
• Process payments via Stripe

Data Storage

Your profile data is stored locally on our servers using OpenClaw's encrypted memory system. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.

AI Processing

Your CV data and job postings are processed by AI models (MiniMax M2.7) to generate cover letters and other content. This processing happens in real-time and the AI does not retain your data between sessions beyond what is stored in your user profile.

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• View your stored profile by sending /profile to the bot
• Delete all your data by sending /deleteprofile to the bot
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
