Apply Expert is an AI-assisted job application service. It offers free job-posting previews and paid tailored cover letters based on user-provided CVs and job postings.

Use of Service

By using Apply Expert, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your CV/resume
• Use generated content responsibly and review it before sending to employers
• Not use the service for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

AI-Generated Content

All analyses, cover letters, and other generated content are AI-produced suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use. Apply Expert does not guarantee employment outcomes.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Free previews may be offered without payment
• Single full letters and monthly plans are billed at the prices shown on the site at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions, if purchased, renew according to the checkout terms unless cancelled
• Single purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been generated, except where required by law or in case of technical failure
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you experience a technical failure that prevents the service from working as intended, contact us for review.

Limitation of Liability

Apply Expert is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of generated content. We are not liable for employment decisions, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of the service.
